As I traveled through 22 states, visiting metaphysical shops, I kept seeing the same brands over and over. The products felt impersonal, opaque, and disconnected...you didn’t know who was behind them or what intentions went into creating them. Some had power, yes, but many felt like they had no pulse. I knew it could be done differently. If our spiritual paths are unique, why shouldn’t the tools we use be too?

 

That’s how Sacred Shadows & Sage was born. I had been making my own oils for some time, and people kept asking, “Do you sell these?” Eventually, I realized...why not share them? I began researching herbs deeply, from Western traditions to Asian and global practices, creating products that are handmade, small-batch, artisanal, and infused with intention. Every creation is a tool for transformation, reflection, and personal power, designed to honor the sacred within each of us.

 

While I may be called a healer, I’m not here to heal you. I provide the space, the tools, and the guidance to allow you to heal yourself. Healing often requires stepping into your own shadows, facing the parts of yourself the world told you to hide. It can’t be forced, it’s a choice, a process, and it looks different for everyone. Sometimes it’s soft and quiet, sometimes it’s loud and messy, and often, it’s nothing like what the world says it should be.
